Does this replace our shelter software?
No. Cloud Donor Manager does not do intake, medical records, microchips, adoption applications or outcome tracking, and it isn’t asking you to move the animals. What happens to a sponsor whose card expires?
The declined recurring gift is retried automatically, failed-recurring-payment reporting shows you what’s slipping, and the sponsor updates their own card or switches to ACH in the donor portal — without emailing your team. They’re thanked automatically each time the gift processes.
Can we run more than one campus or chapter?
