CloudDonorManager provides nonprofit organizations with free donation management tools. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, donors, and guests who access or interact with the platform in any way.
Grant of Rights
1.1 Software.
CloudDonorManager grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for nonprofit fundraising and donation management purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform’s code or features without written permission.
1.2 Limited Rights of Licensee.
You may access the platform’s features as provided, but do not gain ownership of any intellectual property. The rights granted are limited to the duration of your use and only for lawful nonprofit activity.
1.3 No Other Rights.
These Terms do not grant any rights not explicitly outlined here. You may not sublicense, resell, or use the platform for commercial gain outside of nonprofit operations.
Payments
2.1 Transaction Fees.
CloudDonorManager is free for nonprofits. However, donations processed through third-party gateways may involve transaction fees, which donors can opt to cover. CloudDonorManager does not retain these fees directly.
2.2 Taxes.
You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to donations received or services used. CloudDonorManager does not withhold or file taxes on your behalf.
Your Additional Obligations
3.1 Performance Obligations
You agree to use the platform responsibly and ensure accurate information is provided in your organization’s profile and donation campaigns.
3.2 Books and Records.
You are required to maintain appropriate records of all donation activity and comply with applicable legal and financial reporting standards in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Terms and Conditions of Card Processor (Stripe)
By using Stripe through CloudDonorManager, you also agree to Stripe’s separate Terms of Service, which govern how transactions are processed and funds are transferred.

Limited Warranty

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. CloudDonorManager is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.
4.3 Licensee Warranty Limitations.
You agree to use the platform at your own risk. CloudDonorManager is not responsible for inaccurate data entry, unauthorized access due to weak passwords, or third-party system failures.
Mobile Communications and SMS Data
5.1 Collection of Mobile Numbers:
We may collect your mobile phone number when you voluntarily provide it during account registration, appointment scheduling, or when opting in to receive text message (SMS) communications from us. Providing your mobile number is optional; however, doing so allows us to send you appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and other service-related notifications.

We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality.
