Cloud Donor Manager signup text messages

1. The program
Cloud Donor Manager is a Host Merchant Services product. These terms cover the Cloud Donor Manager signup text message program, run by Host Merchant Services (“HMS”, “we”) through our Signup Gateway, the form you use to sign up for Cloud Donor Manager.
We text a one-time verification code to confirm the mobile number on your Cloud Donor Manager signup.
That is the only kind of text in this program. A code text looks like this:
“Cloud Donor Manager: your code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Texts may be automated. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
2. Who texts you
Host Merchant Services (HMS) sends these texts for Cloud Donor Manager, an HMS product, from a toll-free number operated by HMS.
3. How you opt in
On the Cloud Donor Manager signup form, under the mobile phone field, there is an optional box that is not checked in advance. It reads:
“Yes, Cloud Donor Manager (Host Merchant Services) may text me at the number above about my signup. (optional)”
The form also shows: “Texts may be automated. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent not required to sign up.”
Checking the box is how you agree to these texts, with one exception described in the next paragraph. Consent not required to sign up: you can leave the box unchecked and still sign up for Cloud Donor Manager. When you check the box, we record the wording shown to you, its version, the time, your IP address and your browser’s user agent.
If you or our team changes the phone number on your signup, we text a one-time code to the new number when you ask for it, so you can confirm it. This code is sent whether or not you ticked the box.
4. How often
Message frequency varies. You get a code only when you ask for one, and no more than three codes a day to one mobile number.
Each code expires in 10 minutes.
5. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
6. Opting out
Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts from that number. Because one Host Merchant Services number sends signup texts for several HMS products (Cloud Studio Manager, Cloud Rental Manager, Cloud Donor Manager, Cloud Job Manager and Cloud Event Manager), STOP also stops signup texts for those other products from that number.

8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Your information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile number and your opt-in record go to your Cloud Donor Manager account when your signup is approved, and your mobile number also goes to the HMS sales team’s system. Both are part of HMS. Our text-delivery providers receive your number only to deliver the code. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
10. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Your consent stays tied to the version of the checkbox wording you agreed to.
